Brian brings extensive senior executive level experience in federal law enforcement, investigations, program management and organizational restructuring. He has a distinguished and decorated 30 plus year career in federal law enforcement, including supervisory leadership positions in the U.S. Customs Service, Office of Investigations, Office of Internal Affairs Headquarters Washington DC.

As the Special Agent in Charge of HHS, OIG, Office of Investigations for Region II of the United States which included New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Brian supervised  4 GS-1811-14 Assistant Special Agents in Charge, and oversaw all criminal investigations and Secretarial Protection for the Cabinet Member, Secretary of the cabinet agency and the Surgeon General of the United States when in area of operation of Region II.

Brian has  worked with other federal agencies as the FBI, The United Secret Service, The State Department, Diplomatic Security Service, DSS and the Central Intelligence Agency and various foreign nations security services.  Brian has continually excelled in demonstrated success in strategic security planning for threat assessment, risk assessment, and high level executive and foreign dignitary protection.

Brian has been commended for establishing outstanding task force relationships with the NYPD, NYSP, NJSP and other state, city emergency management officials.  Brian and his teams of special agents were awarded for outstanding performances for working  designated national events such as United Nations General Assembly UNGA, and major national security events and national security incidents including the 911 terrorist incidents. Specifically the World Trade Center NYC, NY terrorist attacks 9/11/2001.

Brian holds a BA Degree in Psychology from St. Francis College, an Executive Masters Degree in National Security Affairs, Certificates of Graduate Study from the Institute of World Politics, Washington DC.

Brian was selected as a high performing GS-15 to attend the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, VA completing the elite SES preparation program of "Leadership in a Democratic Society".  Brian was selected as a Fellow at the United State Army War College for the National Security Studies NSS session in Carlisle, PA.

He has served in two branches of the military a LTC (O-5) in the New York Guard, Army 20 years service and in the United States Coast Guard (Reserve) 6 years. Honorable Discharge.

Brian holds several nationally renowned professional security certifications including the American Society of Industrial Security ASIS, Certified Protection Professional CPP, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners ACFE, Certified Fraud Examiner CFE.

He has successfully completed training and certification as a State of NY and State of  NJ Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and also certified as a National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians NREMT EMT, Tactical Combat Casualty Care TCCC certification, and current certification as a BLS CPR and AED certification.

Brian is a current U.S. DHS, TSA certified and credentialed Armed Security Officer ASO, he is a member of the NYPD Honor Legion, the NJ Police Department Honor Legion, numerous awards and commendations including the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor.
